Meet the Noesis team

Noesis was founded on the principle that any challenge, no matter how great, could be solved with communication, collaboration, intelligence, best practice and resolve.  Our team brings extensive experience in healthcare integration, software development, and healthcare operations to our clients.  Advisors include industry leaders in healthcare, technology, and business development.  We’re excited about what we do – and we have what-it-takes.

Dan Rounds - President
Dan brings over 12 years of developing and delivering technology solutions to the healthcare industry. With extensive experience leading services organizations and developing technology solutions, he brings a unique combination of operational, business development, and technical know-how to Noesis.

Prior to joining Noesis, Dan held the position of VP of Professional Services for CynergisTek, a national leader in IT security and compliance solutions. He previously served as the Director of Advanced Technologies for CTG HealthCare Solutions where he led the consulting firm's strategy and delivery of integration and emerging technologies solutions. Before that, Dan was the Director of Integration for MedPlus, a Quest Diagnostics company where he led the integration professional services and the development of the connectivity framework for the eMaxx Physician Portal.

Bruce Grambley – Vice President of Strategic Staffing Solutions
With over 30 years of healthcare information systems experience, Bruce brings a critical blend of expertise in selling and delivering solutions to the healthcare community. Bruce has served in senior strategic positions in both small and large companies and leads our consulting team.

Prior to joining Noesis, Bruce has served as Vice President of Mainframe Services for IBAX, Chief Operating office for HUBLink, Inc, Integration Practice Director for CTG and most recently as Founder and CEO of G2 Information Services, Inc.

Marty Carlin – Executive Partner
Marty Carlin is an executive partner with Noesis Health. Marty has worked for major health systems, health information system vendors, and leading consulting firms for the past 25 years. He has extensive management and business development experience, as well as, success in leading strategic implementations and complex projects.

Prior to joining Noesis, Marty held roles at Shared Medical System (now Siemens) where he established and developed several services lines to help customers meet their operational needs. Marty held other leadership roles at Washington Hospital Center and various consulting organizations.

Marilyn Hailperin – Vice President of Management Consulting
Marilyn has spent over 20 years as a Management Consultant and Business Development Director in the field of Information Technology and Healthcare. She was the Founder and Managing Partner of HAIL Enterprises, a consultancy based in Cherry Hill, New Jersey; working with provider and insurance company clients to develop strategic business and IT plans, create new service lines and implement process improvements.

Prior to joining Noesis, Marilyn held positions with Siemens as Development Director for one of it’s major product lines; CTG Healthcare Solutions, as the creator and director of that firm’s Management Consulting Practice; and Virtua Health Care System as an IT and Strategic Planning Executive. She brings to Noesis Heath a deep understanding of healthcare operations and a breadth of experience helping organizations to align technology solutions and business operations to improve performance and reduce costs.
